The crowd was anxious as looters worked in the region in the past wearing military garbs.
It was accumulated that the suspected hooligans were captured wearing military outfits along Information Drive, off IBB way Uyo, the state capital.
They were going to be lynched by the furious swarm before they were saved by the police who arrived without a moment to spare.
