The last time she was scantily clad, she was 'marrying' Dom Lever live on TV, in nothing but her lingerie.
But Jess Shears, 23, went one step further on Friday as she shed all her clothes and replaced them with brightly-coloured body paint for a saucy new shoot.
Painted in purples, blues and greens, in the image of a butterfly, the former Love Island star told FOW24 how excited she was to show off her svelte frame in the new shoot.
'I'm half painted and loving it,' she gushed. 'I feel so much more comfortable naked than I do in clothes. You can't hide yourself, it's just you as you are. You're not trying to cover up or anything.
'I really enjoy it. Being body painted is amazing. Body confidence on a high.'
The shoot is a way to show off the results of her 3D-lipo. The reality star will appear at the stand at Pro Beauty this weekend as the face - and body - of the procedure.
