It was gathered that Tolu and his epileptic lover were having a sex romp when his lover gave up. Investigations revealed that the duo had been lovers for about a year before the unanLagos CP, Edgal ticipated incident happened. On the day of the incident, the suspect had secretly invited the deceased when his wife was not around and engaged her in sex romp that lasted for hours. However, during the romp, the lady started breathing heavily and became unconscious on the bed. An eye witness who chose to be anonymous said, “we only noticed that Tolu rushed out of his room and started shouting for help. We his neighbours quickly rushed out and asked what it was and he led us to his room. “ when we saw the lady laying on his bed almost lifeless, we asked him what was wrong and he told us they were having a nice time when she suddenly started gasping for air. We just assisted him to rush him to a hospital. “However, before the doctors would attend to her she passed on. The doctors only certified her dead and her corpse was deposited at the morgue for autopsy report.” The neighbours quickly reported the incident to the police and the suspect was arrested and detained. It was also gathered that the deceased’s family was contacted, they confirmed that she had epilepsy and she might have died due to suffocation during the romp. However, the police insisted that the suspect was culpable until the autopsy report proves otherwise. A police source at the Division where the suspect was detained said said the will be transferred to the State Criminal Investigations and Intelligence Department, Panti in Yaba for further investigation
